SEO copywriting services at Global One Digital work from one rule: a page is written against measured data from the ten pages that already rank for its query. Before drafting, we pull the top 10 for the target country, count how long the pages are, which words they share, how often they repeat the query and which sections all of them have. The SEO copy then closes those gaps while still reading like something a person wrote for a customer. We write service pages, category pages and articles in English and Russian natively; other languages go through native editors.

This page covers what the service includes, how the process runs day by day, how the price is calculated and where SEO copywriting ends and content marketing begins.
What SEO copywriting is (and what it is not)
Google ranks a page on how people react to it. People react to text written for them. So the order of work is fixed: first a page that answers the question and leads the reader to an action, then a check that its vocabulary and structure match what already ranks. Done the other way round, you get SEO copy stuffed with the query that nobody finishes reading.
The data side has three measurements. Width is the set of related words most of the top 10 use at least once; a page missing twenty of them stays invisible no matter how well it reads. Depth is how many times the main query and its forms appear, matched to the median of competitors rather than pushed above it. N-grams are the two- and three-word phrases the leaders repeat in the same word order; the copywriter places them verbatim where they fit a sentence, and nowhere else.
SEO content writing is often sold by the kilo: fifty blog posts a month, any topic, any quality. That is a different product. A blog post can rank on the sheer amount of coverage. A service page or category page has to rank and convert in 600 to 1,500 words, so every paragraph of SEO copywriting does two jobs at once.
What is included in our SEO copywriting services
- Top-10 analysis for the target query in the target country: word count range, query density, shared H2 topics, the LSI list, N-grams and the page elements the leaders have (tables, FAQ, calculators, comparison blocks).
- Keyword research for the page: the main query, its cluster of secondary keywords and the search intent behind them, checked in Google Keyword Planner and Search Console.
- A written brief you approve before drafting starts: structure, target length, sections, internal links and meta tags. Page design stays with your developer.
- The text itself: service pages, category pages for online stores, landing pages, articles, case studies and FAQ blocks.
- Title, H1 and meta description, with the query at the start of the title and lengths checked against what Google displays.
- Internal links to and from the new page with varied anchors, so it gets crawled quickly and passes weight to related pages on the website.
- A relevance check of the finished page against the top 10 with our analyzer, and a manual edit that removes templated phrasing. You can run a similar check yourself on the free site analyzer.
- Rewrites of pages that already rank on page two or three. This is usually the fastest win, because Google already trusts the URL, and the URL itself never changes.
Not included: link building, technical fixes on the site (that is technical SEO) and publishing calendars, which belong to content marketing.
Which pages we write, and how they differ
Service pages
The page that has to sell one service to a visitor who typed a commercial query. The structure comes from the top 10: if seven of ten leaders have a pricing block and a FAQ, your page gets both. The SEO copy is short on adjectives and long on specifics for your target audience: what is in the service, how long it takes, what the client receives, what it costs.
Category pages for online stores
Category pages do not need a wall of text; the listing, filters and prices do most of the work. What they need is 150 to 400 words that name the category the way shoppers search for it, cover the LSI terms the top 10 share and link to subcategories. For ecommerce sites with hundreds of categories the copywriting runs in batches by priority, starting with categories that already get impressions in Search Console. More on this under SEO for e-commerce.
Articles and blog posts
Informational queries need a different length and rhythm: eight to ten H2 sections, one LSI group per section, three to five internal links to the service pages the article supports. An article is only worth writing if there is a page for it to send readers to. Otherwise content creation turns into a cost with no return.
English and Russian, then other languages
The team’s native languages are Russian and English, so SEO texts in these two are written from scratch, each with its own competitor analysis. A Russian page is never a translation of the English one: the keywords differ, the top 10 differs, the reader expects different proof. For German, Spanish, Turkish and other languages we do the analysis and the brief, native writers draft and edit, and our analyzer checks the result. How this fits into a multi-country website is described under international SEO.
How we work: from query to published page
- Day 1, query and intent. You name the page or the query. We confirm the main query, its cluster and the intent behind it. If you have many candidate pages, a fixed-price SEO audit ranks them: it lists the pages sitting at positions 11 to 30 where a rewrite pays off first.
- Days 2 to 3, top-10 analysis and brief. The parser pulls the ranking pages for the target country. The brief comes back in writing with length, structure, LSI list and links. You comment, we adjust. There is no free consultation call in this step; the brief is the consultation.
- Days 4 to 7, drafting. One SEO page of 1,000 to 2,000 words takes two to three working days, including a fact check with you: prices, delivery terms, what exactly is in the service. We do not invent numbers, so this step needs your answers.
- Day 8, relevance check and edit. The draft goes through the analyzer (width, depth, over-optimization) and through a human edit for templated AI phrasing. Any word sitting above the top-10 median gets cut.
- Days 9 to 10, publication and monitoring. The page goes live through your CMS or is handed over as HTML with meta tags. Positions are checked after two weeks and after six weeks in Search Console; if the page stalls, it gets a second pass at no extra charge.
All of this happens in writing, by email or WhatsApp, without mandatory calls. A first page takes about ten working days. A batch of ten category pages runs in parallel and takes three to four weeks.

Pricing: how SEO copywriting is priced
SEO copywriting is priced per page after the brief, because the price depends on length, language and how much competitor research the query needs. A quote is sent in writing once we have seen the query and the top 10; there is no percentage of revenue and no six-month contract.
Two products already have fixed prices and usually make more sense than buying pages one by one. The monthly SEO care plans for small businesses ($350, $600 and $1,200 a month for the US, no contract) include page texts as part of the plan, so several pages a month cost less inside a plan. And the page or full-site audit ($149 or $399 for the US, delivered in writing within 48 hours) tells you which texts to rewrite first, so the copywriting budget goes to pages that can move. Prices for Europe and the CIS are shown on those pages by country.
What the results look like
Three cases where SEO copy was a large part of the work, with numbers taken from Google Search Console. An online store that needed content at scale reached 320,580 impressions and 5,993 clicks in a quarter; the write-up is at content marketing SEO at scale. A construction company got 40 queries into the top 10 and 13 times more clicks over 12 months (case study). A cleaning company in Tbilisi went from 8 to 199 clicks a month with top-3 positions for its main queries (case study).
None of these came from text alone. Links, technical fixes and internal linking were part of each project, which is why SEO copywriting services are sold here as part of a plan. The industries so far: cleaning, construction, dental clinics, tattoo studios and online stores.
Who it is for, and who should not order it
The service fits a business with service pages stuck at positions 11 to 30, an online store with empty or duplicated category pages, or a brand entering a new country that needs pages written in the local language rather than translated. It also fits an agency that needs the analysis and the SEO text under its own name.
It does not fit a site that wants fifty AI articles a month at the lowest possible price. It does not fit a website with an unresolved technical block (noindex, duplicate URLs, a four-second server response): the text will not rank until the block is fixed, and the audit finds that first. And it does not fit anyone who wants a guaranteed position. Google does not sell those, and neither do we.
SEO copywriting versus content marketing
The two get mixed up because both produce text. Content marketing decides what to publish and when: topics, formats, the calendar, distribution, measurement across the funnel. A content strategy without pages that rank is a calendar of things nobody will read. SEO copywriting is the page itself, written against the data for one query. Most clients need the copywriting first, while the main service pages are still on page three; once those rank, content marketing takes over.
Frequently asked questions about SEO copywriting services
What is the difference between SEO copywriting and SEO content writing?
Copywriting is text that has to convert: a service page, a landing page, a category page. Content writing covers informational material such as articles and guides. The analysis is the same for both; the length, structure and calls to action differ. We do both, and the brief says which one a page is.
How long should an SEO page be?
As long as the median of the top 10 for that query, give or take 20 percent. For commercial keywords that is often 800 to 1,500 words; for informational queries it can be 2,500 or more. Length beyond the median rarely helps and often hurts readability, so we do not pad.
Do you use AI to write the text?
AI is used for analysis and for first-draft structure. The SEO text a client receives has been written and edited by a person, with real facts from the client, and has passed a check for templated phrasing. Raw generated text is easy to spot and ranks worse.
Can you rewrite pages we already have instead of writing new ones?
Yes, and it is usually the better option. A page that already ranks at position 15 has history with Google; a rewrite that adds the missing LSI terms and fixes the structure often moves it faster than a new page would. The URL stays the same in every case.
How do you measure whether the copy worked?
Positions, impressions and clicks for the target keywords in Google Search Console, compared with the four weeks before publication, plus the conversion rate of the page in GA4 if the goal is set up. You have access to the same data, so you can verify the report yourself.
Will you guarantee a top position?
No. Rankings depend on links, site history and competitors as much as on text. What we guarantee is the process: a data-based brief, SEO copy that matches the top 10 on width and depth, a human edit, and a second pass if the page stalls.
To get started, send the URL or the query to info@development-web.com, or order a page audit first if you want to know which texts to rewrite before spending on any of them. You will get a written reply within one working day.
