Baseline coverage on every plan includes plugin and core updates with manual testing, daily backups with off-site copies, uptime monitoring with alert thresholds, security scanning and rapid patching for critical vulnerabilities, monthly performance audit (Core Web Vitals, broken links, image optimisation), and a defined quota of content or small feature edits per month. Higher tiers add hosting management, dedicated engineer assignment, and on-call response for incidents.
