The task. MRdent32 is a dental clinic in Marneuli, Georgia, 30 minutes from Tbilisi: implants, veneers, prosthetics, digital CT diagnostics. The clinic serves patients in Russian, Georgian and Azerbaijani. It needed a dental clinic website that would work for two audiences from day one: local patients from Marneuli and the surrounding district, and dental tourists who come because treatment in Georgia costs a fraction of EU prices. We built the site end to end, with structure, copy, language versions and SEO architecture in place before launch rather than patched in later.
What we built
- Two language versions on WordPress: Georgian as the primary and Russian, connected with hreflang. Each version is written separately for its audience, not translated.
- A structure that mirrors demand: implants, prices, dental tourism, doctors, articles, contacts. One target query per page.
- The first screen answers the patient’s main question, «how much»: an anchor price (composite filling from 60 GEL, about $25, versus 100–200 € in the EU) and a button to send an X-ray via WhatsApp for a free estimate. A patient gets a quote without visiting or calling.
- Trust blocks: real photos of the clinic, a doctors page, before-and-after gallery, reviews, FAQ.
- Articles for the questions patients actually search: veneers vs crowns, how long implants last. Every article shows its author, a practicing dentist, and an update date — an expertise signal for both readers and Google.
Dental tourism as a separate track
A dedicated page targets visiting patients: a treatment plan from an X-ray before arrival, prices in GEL with USD and EUR conversion, and a comparison with EU costs. The site works beyond a town of about 50,000 people, reaching patients in Tbilisi and abroad.
First results (Google Search Console data)
The site appeared in search on 6 July 2026. Here is what Search Console shows for the first weeks:
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| First clicks from Google | day two after launch |
| Impressions in the first 3 weeks | 244 |
| Clicks in the first 3 weeks | 20 |
The articles already appear in results for veneers-vs-crowns and implant-lifespan queries — on distant positions so far, which is expected for a three-week-old domain. The signal is what matters: pages are indexed and moving toward demand. Our Tbilisi cleaning company case study shows how long the climb to top-3 takes for a young Georgian site: about a year.
Why the site earned clicks immediately
SEO here was part of the build, never a follow-up phase. Keyword research came before layout, the page structure mirrors demand, hreflang separated the languages from day one, and the articles were live at launch. Enquiries go through WhatsApp, the channel Georgians already use, with no form standing in the way.
FAQ
Why does a small-town clinic need a website in two languages?
Marneuli is a multilingual region, and dental tourists search in Russian. The Georgian version serves local demand; the Russian one reaches Tbilisi, the diaspora and visiting patients.
When does a new clinic site get stable rankings?
First clicks can arrive within days, as they did here. A stable top for commercial queries on a fresh domain usually takes six months to a year.
What matters most on a clinic website?
Trust: real photos, named doctors with experience, before-and-after work, an author on every medical article. Patients choose a clinic they can trust with their health, and the site has to show that.
